Founder’s Story
Gus Valverde is a Navy veteran, entrepreneur, and lifelong advocate for personal growth. After building and leading a successful business for over 40 years, Gus realized that true fulfillment comes not just from achievement, but from helping others reclaim their voice and live with purpose.
His own journey—from overcoming adversity and navigating family, to publishing two books and launching Voices That Empower—has shaped his belief that real transformation is possible for anyone. Gus’s mission is simple: to guide others beyond survival mode, toward a life of clarity, courage, and authentic connection.
